How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically need 24 hours to process and prepare your order, with a maximum processing time of 72 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–8 business days to arrive.

How can I track my order?
You may check your full logistics details anytime by clicking the Track Your Order button, which is available in both the website header and footer.
After your order ships, we will send tracking information to your registered email within 24 business hours.
If you do not receive the tracking email, or if the logistics status remains unupdated for 2–3 business days after dispatch, please feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only provide shipping service within the United States and do not offer international cross-border delivery. Customers from other regions, please purchase from our official local store for your country.
Please note:
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military and diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), as well as all U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is the shipping cost?
All goods shipped from the US warehouses are eligible for free delivery service.

My order shows as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check common delivery locations: porches, back doors, behind plant pots, and your mailbox. You may also confirm with family members, neighbors, or your building’s front desk/receiving office.
In most cases, packages are either placed in your mailbox or signed for by neighbors. You can also verify delivery details directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number and a valid ID.

My estimated delivery date has passed, and I still haven’t received my order.
Your estimated delivery timeframe includes both order processing and transit time. Please arrange to receive your package within the estimated delivery window.

Where do you ship your products from?
We operate our own local warehouses and partner with authorized third-party warehouses across the United States. Items will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse to your delivery address. All orders are fulfilled domestically within the US with no cross-border shipping.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
