Warranty Period

The warranty period commences on the date you receive and sign for your order.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover the following situations:

1. Products with serial numbers that have been removed, altered, defaced, or rendered unreadable.
2. Cosmetic or physical damage incurred during transit and handling, including scratches, dents, surface marks, and appearance damage.
3. Malfunctions or damage caused by unstable power supply, abnormal current, voltage fluctuation, or power surges.
4. Products used for purposes outside their original design and intended application.
5. Damage or malfunction caused by non-Bullfighter third-party devices and equipment.
6. Damage resulting from accident, improper use, abuse, negligence, fire, water damage, lightning strike, or other natural disasters.
7. Damage caused by sweat corrosion, corrosive air, extreme temperature or humidity, and other external environmental factors.
8. Labor and material costs for removing non-factory components such as trims, cabinets, and shelves during product repair.
9. Replacement costs for consumable and decorative parts, including batteries, light bulbs, guitar strings, and other wearable accessories.
10. Additional service fees, including but not limited to after-hours, weekend, or holiday service charges, toll fees, ferry fees, and mileage fees for remote on-site support.
11. Damage or failure caused by unauthorized installation, modification, or alteration of the product structure.
12. Faults or damage arising from the use of non-original, non-authorized third-party parts, accessories, or equipment; or repairs performed by non-Bullfighter unauthorized service providers.

Shipping & Transportation Fees

For products within the valid warranty period with confirmed manufacturing defects and no user-caused damage: Bullfighter shall cover a standard repair transportation fee of $10 (or equivalent in other currencies).

For products outside the warranty period: The customer shall bear all transportation fees incurred for inspection and repair.

For products still within the warranty period but found to have no manufacturing faults after inspection, all related transportation fees shall be borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Terms

Items purchased through third-party e-commerce platforms shall follow the return and exchange policy of the respective platform.

Items purchased directly from our official channels may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in intact condition with original packaging unopened and undamaged.

Before initiating any return or exchange, please contact Bullfighter customer support for confirmation. When returning or exchanging goods, please repack the item with its original packaging, state the reason for return/exchange clearly, and ship it to our designated return address.
