Return & Exchange Policy
Bullfighter is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience for all customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a streamlined, hassle-free return and exchange process for eligible orders.
Return Eligibility Period
You may request a full refund or product exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All exchanges are subject to product stock availability and must be swapped for an item of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Products with obvious signs of use, wear, damage, dents, or scratches; or items missing original packaging, user manuals, warranty documents, and original supporting accessories.
Products explicitly marked as non-returnable, as well as complimentary gifts bundled with purchases.
Downloadable digital software products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Precondition & Authorization
All returns require prior approval from Bullfighter and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returned package without a valid RA number will be unclaimed and disposed of by our team if not resolved within 30 days after warehouse receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support via service@bullfighterguitars.com to apply for an RA number and obtain the designated return shipping address. A prepaid shipping label will be provided if applicable.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Detailed reason for return
Photo Submission Requirement (Non-Quality Related Returns)
For returns not caused by product quality issues, you are required to submit the following photos:
Product in Original Packaging: Take at least one clear photo of the item inside its original packaging before repackaging. This step is waived if the item remains factory-sealed or is already properly packed to avoid redundant repackaging.
Outer Packaging: Provide at least one photo showing all sides of the outer package. For oversized items, upload clear images to show any visible damage to the outer packaging after being packed for return. If no damage is visible, please state that the outer packaging remains intact.

Return Shipment Instructions
You may select your preferred logistics carrier and arrange return shipping at your own cost (unless otherwise specified).
Please ensure the product is securely packaged in compliance with our requirements. After dispatching the return package, kindly notify us via email with the shipping details.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will initiate your refund within 3–8 business days.
Please note: The refund may not immediately reflect on your credit card statement and could be processed in your next billing cycle. Banks typically take an additional 8–15 business days to post funds to your account.
All exchanges and replacements are subject to real-time product availability.
Return Shipping Fee Rules
Manufacturing Defective Products: Bullfighter will cover return shipping costs. Please contact our support team directly to start the return procedure.
Non-Defective / Personal Reason Returns: The customer shall bear all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For items valued over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bullfighter shall not be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Important Return Guidelines
All returned merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and kept with complete original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, cleaned, modified, or altered in any form. If your order includes complimentary gifts, all gifts must be returned together with the main item; otherwise, a full refund will not be approved.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
For returns of items valued over $50, trackable shipping or shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Bullfighter does not guarantee receipt of unauthorized or untracked return packages.
Please double-check the contents before sending your return. Bullfighter assumes no responsibility for mistakenly shipped non-brand items sent to our warehouse.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and verifies your returned item. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Internal processing generally takes 3–7 business days, with additional bank processing time as stated above.
